Why I Became a Designer
I began my journey as a designer during my senior year at National Taiwan University. My studies in humanities and design honed my ability to observe social issues with critical thinking and empathy and sparked my enthusiasm for human-centered design. I led my team in developing Langtown, an adoption platform and service designed to increase the adoption rate of a non-governmental animal shelter. This experience reinforced my determination to pursue a career in this field.
Upon this foundation, I have accumulated over two years of work experience in product design. As a UX designer previously at BenQ, I created intuitive and seamless experiences while ensuring a consistent brand image across diverse projects, including account integration, e-commerce websites, and order emails. Additionally, I focused on identifying Points of Difference, conducting user research, and designing frameworks for peripheral management software.
Seeking to advance my research skills, broaden my product vision, and cultivate strategic thinking, I am currently studying the MSc Strategic Product Design at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft).

Cross-Functional Communication
I am comfortable with communicating and building consensus with stakeholders since I care about not only end users’ needs but also stakeholders’ concerns.
Design Development
I enjoy designing UI flows, wireframes, and prototypes to create seamless user journeys and interactions with clear logic.
UX Copy
I usually provide explicit and straightforward UX writing on the interfaces, guiding users to complete their tasks more efficiently.
